Jax Paddle Rental Services

The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends when the equipment is returned to the designated drop-off location. Late returns may incur additional charges.

Inspect the equipment before accepting it for rental. Notify Jax Paddle of any existing damages or issues to avoid liability for pre-existing damage.
8. Loss or Damage:
You are responsible for the rented equipment during the rental period. In case of loss, theft, or damage, you agree to reimburse Jax Paddle for the repair or replacement costs.
9. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental period to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period may result in a partial refund or no refund.
10. Reservation Changes:
Changes to rental reservations are subject to availability. Please contact Jax Paddle as soon as possible to make any necessary changes to your reservation.
11. Compliance with Laws:
You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations while using the rented equipment. Jax Paddle reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if you fail to comply with applicable laws.
12. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the rental services are provided.
