Jax Paddle Rental Services

The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends when the equipment is returned to the designated drop-off location. Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Security Deposit:

You agree to use the rented equipment in a safe and responsible manner. Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional actions will be the renter's responsibility.

6. Safety:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary skills and experience to use the rented equipment safely. Jax Paddle is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the rental period.

7. Condition of Equipment:
Inspect the equipment before accepting it for rental. Notify Jax Paddle of any existing damages or issues to avoid liability for pre-existing damage.

8. Loss or Damage:
You are responsible for the rented equipment during the rental period. In case of loss, theft, or damage, you agree to reimburse Jax Paddle for the repair or replacement costs.

9. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental period to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period may result in a partial refund or no refund.

10. Reservation Changes:
Changes to rental reservations are subject to availability. Please contact Jax Paddle as soon as possible to make any necessary changes to your reservation.

11. Compliance with Laws:
You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations while using the rented equipment. Jax Paddle reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if you fail to comply with applicable laws.

12. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the rental services are provided.

By renting equipment from Jax Paddle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of the rental agreement and additional charges.

Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy for Jax Paddle Rentals

1. Returns:

- Rental equipment must be returned to the designated drop-off location at the end of the agreed-upon rental period.
- Late returns may result in additional charges, as outlined in the rental agreement.
- Please ensure that all rented equipment is returned in the same condition as when it was rented, normal wear and tear excepted.

- Jax Paddle staff will inspect the returned equipment for any damages or missing items.

- Any damage beyond normal wear and tear incurred during the rental period will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs may be charged to the customer.

2. Refunds:

- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental period are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period may result in a partial refund or no refund, at Jax Paddle's discretion.
- Refunds for early returns during the rental period are not typically provided unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.

2.2 Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the rental transaction.
- Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider.

2.3 Refund Disputes:

3. Damaged or Lost Items:
3.1 Damaged Equipment:
- Customers are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear incurred during the rental period.

- Customers are responsible for the full replacement cost of any lost or stolen equipment during the rental period.
